Although the Mount Calvery Baptist Church (MCBC) closed it’s doors at the Seacourt Hall in February 2007, the Lord seems not to be finished with the ministry of MCBC in Botley.

We are prayerfully seeking the provision of a new meeting place in which to hold services and preach and teach about the Lord Jesus Christ from the Holy Scriptures.

As it says in 2Timothy 3:16-17

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

and in 2Timothy 4:1

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
